They are very serious in the pre-booking and we managed to book several tours that were linked. Our first tour was safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Our driver was Rojas, he picked us up at the border from Kenya and drove us to Serengeti. It was an Amazing 3 Days with Rojas, doing safari from North Serengeti to central and then the crater. We saw the big five and lived at Amazing lodges already prebooked with spider tours and safaris. Rojas also took us to a masai village (I would skip that, it is a rip off). He was a very good driver and guide and we had super fun with him in the car! Then the last day he drow us to Moshi, to our hotel were we met our guide for our Kilimanjaro tour (also booked with spider tours and safaris). The only thing we felt here was that we are hikers from Scandinavia and we were already equipped with warm clothes, so they sold us over a 100 dollars of rental, most of we needed but the thermal pants and the extra flees I never used. However the rest of the trip, was Amazing. Beautiful scenery, Amazing chef, Amazing porters. They made us come up on the top, which was a huge success. They also helped with transports when we got back to the hotel and to the Airport and were super helpful and friendly. Also a fair price to climb the mountain. I highly recommend them!!

7 Days Mount Kilimanjaro - Marangu RouteI cannot express how happy I am with Steppe Dogs Adventures. At first I was hesitant due to their far superior cheaper price compared to other companies. However, once I did my research I discovered they are able to offer this cheaper price due to the climbing permit being per group, not per person. Meaning with careful planning they can still profit, but save the cost for the customers. Additionally, despite the cheaper price, Steppe Dogs Adventures still offered a 1st class service. In my review, I will talk about a few categories I feel are important to mention in a review: 1) Communication: Communications were extremely prompt and accurate. I was able to communicate with Frank from the team via Facebook and speak with them real time. The answers from Frank were accurate and on point. 2) Payment: Steppe Dogs Adventures accept payment from wire bank transfer of which saves a lot in exchange and fees. Trust me this is extremely helpful. 3) Service: Now this gets down to the actual climb itself. I did the 5 day Marangu route. I opted for the group option as it was cheaper but ended up with only a group of myself and 1 other guy, which was brilliant that Steppe Dogs Adventures still honored the booking (because I believe they ideally need slightly larger groups due to their business model to work). We had 2 guides (Walter and Romeo) of who were absolute legends and very knowledgeable of the mountain, its climate and ecosystem. The porters were heroes and work so hard to ensure you have a great trip. The food was also great considering the context of climbing up a mountain for a few days. I would happily recommend Steppe Dogs Adventures to anyone looking to climb Mt Kilimanjaro. Keep up the great work!

Kilimanjaro MaranguWe love the OneSeed experience. There's a lot to know before try to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro, and OneSeed did a fantastic job prepping us in advance. During the six days of the climb and descent, OneSeed guides and porters did an absolutely amazing job of getting us there and back. Safety and security are their top priorities, but they also made the trip fun and enjoyable. The accommodations at the Honey Badger in Moshi were beyond comfortable. My wife and I got there a couple days early so we could do some local activities on our own, and the Honey Badger staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Lastly, we appreciate that OneSeed is a conscious travel outfitter and provides microloans and economic opportunities to the people of the countries it visits. So our visit to Tanzania was a small way of assisting in its efforts to help lift communities economically, and that just plain feels good.

The care and attention to details from the crew was top-notch and thanks to their support, not only did we summit but we also had an amazing time getting there and back. We had our chief guide and assistant guide with us for all the hikes and whenever we rested, the rest of the crew (waiter, cook and 6 porters) worked tirelessly to ensure our safety and well-being in camp. From the clear communication and directives of the chief guide all the way to the efficiency of the rest of the crew, we were very happy to see that this was a very well-run and well-organized tour.

Our health and safety was very well taken care of by the expert climbing crew under chief guide Tumaini. They all worked very diligently in support of our Kilimanjaro conquest. The mountain cabins were comfortable and excellent resting points after the long treks. We got nice hot meals and had time to rejuvenate and plan for the following day trek amid stories and banter with crew. Reaching Uhuru Peak is a great achievement and we have the certificate and photos to prove it! Thank you Migration Venture Africa, you are an excellent Kilimanjaro trekking operator.

Upon doing a bit of online research we discovered that Kwesa Tours is one of the oldest and most reliable Kilimanjaro trekking operators in Tanzania. The trip was well planned with an expert crew. They were knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They put our safety first, above everything else. The cabins operated by the park were pretty decent. We got three hot meals with plenty of snacks in between from Patrick our chef, It was fun! Given another trip up Kilimanjaro I would still use Kwesa Tours

We summited Kilimanjaro via the Marangu Route with Spider Tours And Safaris. 6 days on the mountain. There were 6 of us in the group with an age range from 14 to 66. Our guides Emanuel Peter and Marco were great - attentive, knowledgeable, encouraging. The chef did an excellent job keeping us fueled.The whole team, guides to porters, were very supportive and made it possible for all of us to reach the top, and we all did.

- 7 Days Mount Kilimanjaro - Marangu Route
I and my other three friends did the Marangu 5 day trek. Frank met us and helped to ensure we had the correct equipment prior to beginning (tip-bring rain pants!). We were able to chat with our guide Noel as well and he gave us an overview of the five days. We each had three porters with a cook and two guides so our party had fifty total. Noel and Emmanuel (guides) were absolutely amazing. They really cared that we made it to the summit and ensured we had everything we needed (to include Noel making sure we got the nice cabins every night)! The food was more than five stars (lots of carbs, rice, noodles and veggies)-Muddy was an amazing Cook. Summit morning was awesome (for me), my sister had a little trouble but Noel and Emmanuel took such good care of her to make sure she reached the top. Lastly, Frank was able to hook us up with a few hours at a hotel to let us shower prior to our flight (we forgot about that). Overall. Steppe Dogs adventures is definitely the way to go!!!
